2017 Mr. Olympia Predictions

Image result for mr olympia medal

With the 2017 Mr. Olympia fast approaching one will wonder who will win this years Mr. Olympia. On one side of the ring you have the camel crew, which includes Big Ramy, Brandon Curry and others. On the other side you have five times Mr. Olympia himself Phil “The Gift” Heath. Also, not to mention the others which includes people like Dexter Jackson, Cedric McMillan and so on.

This years Mr. Olympia will be a well contested Mr. Olympia because you have so many athletes that are armed to the teeth with muscles, mass and conditioning. It will be a bloody fight for first place.

Anyways, here are my top three predicitions for the 2017 Mr. Olympia;

  1. Phil Heath
  2. Dexter Jackson
  3. Cedric McMillan

Now, I know you guys will hate me for putting Phil Heath in first place, but man does he have the full package or what. He has the 3D thickness and size over everyone else and not to mention if he nails his condition he will a force to reckon with. Also, he has a clear political advantage over everyone else. Therefore, I believe that Phil Heath will win the 2017 Mr. Olympia for the 6th time in a row and I believe that this will be last Olympia as well.

Flex Wheeler’s Comeback my Thoughts

Image result for flex wheeler

Recently Flex Wheeler has announced that he will be making a come back at the 2017 Classic Physique Olympia. I believe that Flex Wheeler will do very well at the Classic Physique Olympia considering he is almost 52 years old.

With his proven symmetry minus his synthol looking arms (Sorry Flex) I think that he will be a force to be reckoned with. Not to mention his political connection in the sport of bodybuilding will pay off big time, therefore I don’t have the slightest doubt in my mind that Flex Wheeler will be in the top three.

You’ve read that right, Flex Wheeler will win the show outright or at the very least get second or third place.

The reason I believe that Flex Wheeler got back into competing again was probably because he missed that fire and that drive that built him and his identity up. It was bodybuilding that gave him his identity without bodybuilding I would assume that he was lost as Dorian Yates was when he retired from professional bodybuilding back in 1997.

Also, not to mention if Keven Levrone can make a comeback certainly Flex Wheeler can make a comeback as well. Therefore, I wish Flex Wheeler nothing but the best at this years upcoming Classic Physique Olympia. We want you to win Flex and bring the 90’s it’s well deserved glory among today’s professional athletes.

2016 Mr. Olympia Predictions

With the 2016 Mr. Olympia fast approaching one will wonder who will win this years Mr. Olympia. In one corner you have the mass monster known as Kai Greene, possibly the biggest bodybuilder since Ronnie Coleman. Kai Greene has been the runner up for the Mr. Olympia for a very long time, he is most likely pissed off and really wants to accomplish his dream, goal and desire of being the most muscular and best built man in the world. While in the other corner you have Phil Heath AKA “The Gift”, this man is built like a tank and he shows it. He has been the best built man on Earth for five years now and he is most likely going for his sixth Sandow this year. However, that’s not all, a new face is fast approaching the scene, and this man is known as Cedric Mcmillan. His physique resembles a physique of one from the 70’s and 80’s which is also known as the golden age of bodybuilding.

However, I believe once again this years Mr. Olympia will be between Kai Greene and Phil Heath and I believe this will be the last time this will ever happen, because I see Phil Heath retiring after this years Mr. Olympia, however I have some very interesting predictions for this years Mr. Olympia.

My prediction goes as follows:

1. Phil Heath

2. Kai Greene

3. Cedric Mcmillan

However, if Cedric Mcmillan nails his conditioning, I see my prediction changing to this:

1. Cedric Mcmillan

2. Phil Heath

3. Kai Greene

Overall, these are my predictions, but things are not set in stone yet, so there is a very high possibility that I will be wrong. To all the competitors out there I wish them the best of luck, may the games begin!

How Social Media Is Going To Amp Up Steroid Usage

Some say social media is a curse others say it is a gift from heaven, I am personally in the middle of that quarrel and I truly believe that social media is going to amp up steroid usage among teenagers and young adults. With social media these young people have access to unlimited amount of information and pictures of their favorite fitness stars.

They see the sexy girls, the luxurious cars and the godly physique these fitness stars have and most likely the people viewing these pictures will try to mimic that lifestyle. That is why you see a huge explosion in the amount of people that hit the weights. No one knew what the gym was back twenty or thirty years ago but thanks to social media gym memberships across the country and the world I would assume gym memberships exploded.

This is not good, and with the NPC/IFBB making a new classic bodybuilding division, I believe that will only speed up the process. I am totally against steroid usage among young adults and if you are a young adult and is thinking of taking anabolic steroids, well good luck to you. Yes, you will live the good life for a while, you will most likely get the opposite sex’s attention with your new muscles and such but eventually that will cease to exist in the long term. As you get older you will most likely be pinning your ass with a needle every week because your endocrine system is so screwed up that without synthetic hormones your body can’t function from day to day. Unless you know that you will be Mr. Olympia someday or a professional athlete I would advise you to stay away from anabolic steroids!

2015 Mr. Olympia Predictions: Kai Greene vs Phil Heath

The 2015 Mr. Olympia may be eight months away, however I believe this is the perfect time to voice my predictions and opinions on this important matter anyways.

For the first place title and the famous Sandow trophy, I believe will be fought by two famous giants. These famous giants are without a doubt the most famous people in the fitness industry. You might have heard about them before, their names Kai Greene and Phil Heath and the 2015 Mr. Olympia will be fought between them only and no one else.

Therefore my predictions of the top three in the 2015 Mr. Olympia are:

1. Phil Heath

2. Kai Greene

3. Big Ramy (If he nails his conditioning)

Once again I know I will get a lot of flak by Kai Greene fans by putting the “cocky” Phil Heath first place again, but please let me speak. I believe the way Kai Greene acted in last years Mr. Olympia will cause him some grief in this years Mr. Olympia. Kai Greene, however, is actively trying to fix the mistake he made last year by appearing good or trying to do good in the world as evidenced by his social media updates and pictures. What he is basically trying to do is appear as a kind, popular and knowledgeable gentle giant towards the owners and judges of the corrupt sport of bodybuilding. I believe it’s working, as you can see, because many people still support him and he just recently surpassed Phil Heath with the most fans in the fitness industry as evidenced on his social media accounts. However, his infamous past (grapefruit) still lingers on him and I believe it will be his greatest challenge for the sport of bodybuilding owners and judges to forgive him or give him leeway for that.

On the other hand, I believe what happened on the Mr. Olympia stage last year will give Phil Heath the motivation and desire he needs to win the 2015 Mr. Olympia. I believe Phil Heath will try to prove his “haters” wrong in this years Mr. Olympia.

In the end who knows what will happen, I can only voice my predictions and opinions. I believe we will witness a good Mr. Olympia this year. Overall, I wish all the competitors nothing but the best in their lives and on this years Mr. Olympia stage.

Is The 2015 Mr. Olympia Phil Heaths Last Show?

All good things must come to an end and so will Phil Heaths bodybuilding career. I predict that the 2015 Mr. Olympia will be Phil Heaths last bodybuilding show. Now, there are a couple of factors which are affecting my prediction, these factors are:

1. Aging Physique: No human can maintain their prime forever. All bodybuilding pros show aging on their physiques later on during their careers, not even Frank Zane could maintain his physique. I am sorry but its just pure science and not a knock on Phil Heaths physique. His midsection is growing and his arms are shrinking, it happens to all the pros! For example check out Ronnie Coleman’s prime compared to his last step on the bodybuilding stage and you will see what I am talking about.

2. Company Change: Phil Heath was sponsored by Muscle Tech for a very long time, however, earlier this year he made his own supplement company called Gifted Nutrition. The move away from Muscle Tech shocked many but Phil Heath is a smart he knows once he steps away from the stage the steady pay cheque from Muscle Tech will cease to exist. By making his own company, Gifted Nutrition, Phil Heath can monetize his fans and has a chance to make a steady income for decades to come.

3. Catching Up: Many competitors are catching up to Phil Heath and if Phil Heath screws up during his prep phase or gets an awful injury, it is lights out for him.

4. Health: Bodybuilding can be a very dangerous sport once you reach the competitive level just like Phil Heath did. Phil Heath is a smart man and you can be sure health is his number one priority.
