Rich Piana’s “You Can Never do to Much”

In many current and previous videos Rich Piana mentions that the biggest fallacy of bodybuilding is this whole thing of you can do to much. He says “You can never do to much”. Well, I am here to tell you that in bodybuilding you can always do to much when it comes to training, unless of course you are using the performance enhancers.

If you are using the performance enhancers you should have no fear when it comes to over training since your body recovers way faster then the average gym rat. If your not using the performance enhancers your workouts should be short and intense just enough to stimulate the muscles to grow!

In my opinion, I believe you can’t listen to these Youtube stars, such as Rich Piana because they live a completely different and opposite life then you. These Youtube stars, do what they want, when they want! Rich Piana is able to sleep when he wants, trains for however long he wants and just simply put has the freedom to do whatever he wants. I and the vast bodybuilding community, do not have that kind of luxury we have jobs, go to school or simply put do not have the time as these Youtube stars do!

Bodybuilding for Seniors

Congratulations, you’re either a senior right now or are about to become one, whatever the case may be your living life in the fast lane. Your going to be or are either retired, you have a good family and your just living life to the fullest. However, with every positive there’s always a negative. With an increase of age, your body isn’t what it used to be, your muscle mass is decreasing, your libido is shot down straight to the ground and your noticing more aches and pains all over your body. Have no fear though, you’ve come to the right place!

What Kind of Workout/Weights Should I Use?

Bodybuilding at this time and age will be quite different then before. Your goal shouldn’t be about packing as much quality muscle mass as you can, but instead it should be about longevity and increasing your general well being and health.

Your workouts should consist of a one hour workout using light to moderate weights, going for as many reps as you can. The goal here is to get you sweating. Also, you should be doing some cardio for about ten to twenty minutes before lifting any weights, to get your body and muscles warmed up!

A workout that might look like this is listed below:

Let’s say today is chest day, your workout should be along these lines.

1. Cardio: Pick a machine of your choice and do it for twenty minutes.

2. Stretching: After finishing your cardiovascular exercise you should do some light to heavy duty stretching for injury prevention and just to get your muscles warmed up.

3. Incline dumbbell press: Do three sets, the first and second set should be done using light weights for about thirty to forty reps each. The last set should be done with some moderate weight for ten to twelve reps or muscular failure, both positively and negatively

4. Smith machine press: Do three sets, the first and second set should be done using light weights for about thirty to forty reps each. The last set should be done with some moderate weight for ten to twelve reps or muscular failure, both positively and negatively

5. Decline dumbbell press: Do three sets, the first and second set should be done using light weights for about thirty to forty reps each. The last set should be done with some moderate weight for ten to twelve reps or muscular failure, both positively and negatively

6. Pec dec:  Do three sets, the first and second set should be done using light weights for about thirty to forty reps each. The last set should be done with some moderate weight for ten to twelve reps or muscular failure, both positively and negatively

What About Supplements?

To protect your body from the effects of aging I recommend you to take supplements. Supplements such as, fish oilmultivitaminscreatine and a cheap protein powder. These supplements will not only protect your body from aging but, will increase your general well being and health.

All of these can be found online for a much cheaper price then your local GNC or bodybuilding store!

Enhanced Senior Bodybuilding

As a senior you have a big choice, you can take performance enhancers such as steroids and other various bodybuilding drugs if you want to reach your goal faster. Anyways, as you most likely know the older we males get the lower our testosterone levels get. Therefore, I recommend you, if you prefer to go this route to go get a blood test by your doctor to see where your testosterone levels stand at. As with most senior males your testosterone levels will most likely be below normal levels and your doctor will prescribe you some testosterone, either in injectable form or rub on form. Once you start using it, you will notice instant pros, such as you’ll feel better, you’ll pack on more muscle mass while losing the stubborn fat and your wife will like it too!

With women I do not recommend that they take this route!

Phil Heath the Most Hated Bodybuilder of all Time

According to the Kai Greene fans out there and other various bodybuilding fans, Phil Heath is the enemy, thus making him the most hated bodybuilder of all time. They hate his cocky attitude, his expensive materialistic items and his guts and they wont stop at nothing to remind him that he sucks and that he didn’t deserve to win the 2014 Mr. Olympia.

Now, if this wasn’t wasn’t bad enough, Phil Heath wastes his own finite time responding to these kind of people, which clearly means that they are screwing him over mentally. Phil Heath knows he wasn’t at his best during the 2014 Mr. Olympia and these hateful comments make it even worse for him. Talk about psychological warfare in the sport of bodybuilding!

However, the Kai Greene fans which ultimately hate Phil Heath with a passion and are the crusaders of this hate, must remember that this ins’t a motivational seminar, this is bodybuilding for crying out loud, the man with the best all around body always wins!

Something Smells Fishy With Rich Piana’s Arms

Today, Rich Piana has some crazy big arms, however back in the day it wasn’t always like this. I am not afraid to say that Rich Piana’s arms where sub par back in his competing days, even if it mean that I get attacked by his fan boys. Even he himself said that his arms where always his weak point and that he always tried his best to bring them up.

Certainly everyone knows for a fact that he didn’t bring up his arms with his famous eight hour arm workouts or his grueling feeder workouts that he used to do every night, to feed fresh blood into his arms, which will of course help him repair his damaged muscle fibers and help his bodies recovery ability.

Let’s not kid ourselves, he obviously brought up his arms with site enhancement oil and other various site enhancement products like synthol and PMMA. The funny is, that he himself admits usage of various products like these.

Overall, most of us will never find out whats inside of his arms, that’s his secretive secret!

RICH PIANA’S ARMS BEFORE

Notice that you can see the separation between the biceps and triceps in all of these pictures posted above. His arms, actually look like real arms!

You can clearly see that his arms have that fake look to them. Also, notice how soft his arms look, there’s no muscle hardness nor separation whatsoever. However, Rich Piana is clearly trying to hide that with his cleaver tattoos. His tattoos clearly help enhance his physique and makes it look real.

LAST WORDS

Please don’t get me wrong here, I am just stating my opinion and I am not bashing Rich Piana. He clearly did a lot in his life and is quite successful in whatever venture he took, in over two years Rich Piana went from a nobody to a somebody. He has thousands upon thousands of fans overseas and his supplement line and clothing line are quite popular. I respect that!

Top Five Ridiculous Biceps in Bodybuilding

1. ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER

It’s no surprise that Arnold Schwarzenegger holds the first sport when it comes to having the best biceps in the history of the sport of bodybuilding and possibly having the best biceps in the history of mankind. He is the man that made big arms look cool and not to mention his persona and name is known world wide!

2. LEE PRIEST 

Due to his short stature, Lee Priests biceps gained a whole lot of attention from the bodybuilding community. His biceps where also symmetrical with the rest of his body, which was a feat onto itself.

3. ROBBY ROBINSON

Robby might not have had the biggest biceps in the world, but at least they where symmetrical to the rest of his body. Not to mentions his bicep peak was out of this world!

Robby Robinson, today maintains a physique that many of us lust and desire after, and the funny part is that he is turning seventy years old next year!

4. FLEX WHEELER

Flex Wheeler’s biceps where out of this world, and not to mention his insane 90’s conditioning only brought his physique and biceps into a world class level that can not even be matched today. It’s to bad that he never won the Mr. Olympia.

The slabs of meat on Ronnie’s biceps made his arms one of the biggest in the world and in the history of the sport of bodybuilding.

Vaporize Your Body Fat Away With the Afterburner Effect

Summer is just around the corner and many people are in a rush to lose their body fat. Some will succeed while the vast majority wont, due to a large variety of reasons.

Losing fat is a very simple and easy process, in order to lose fat you will have eat less and cut back your caloric intake or you can activate your bodies natural thermogenic system.
