Get Ripped To Shreds With These Two Crazy Tips

You have packed on some serious size and mass, however now it is time to cut. You want to be shredded and you want your veins to pop out and show up all over your body, but you do not know where to start. You should not worry though because your in the right place. In this article you will learn two crazy tips on how to lose weight and get ripped fast!

First Crazy Tip:
Losing body fat requires a perfect diet, cardiovascular training, resistance training and time, however there are ways to get the same result faster. To get rid of fat faster all one has to do is cut their calories in half, once they do this, weight reduction of up to five pounds a week is not uncommon. Only cut your calories in half do not worry about cutting your carbohydrate, fat and water intake because that is detrimental to your health.

For example if one cuts their carbohydrate intake in half the result of that will be a weaker person and weaker training sessions. Without getting a high amount of carbohydrates during the day, ones glycogen level will drop and hence they will be weaker. Same goes for cutting other important items from your diet, such as water and fat. By cutting your calories in half, your burning more since you will still be weight training and still be doing cardiovascular training. The end result of this is weight loss, so be prepared to get shredded!

What About Cardiovascular Training?:
Cardiovascular training should only be done a couple of times a week and should be kept to a healthy minimum of about fifteen to twenty minutes each session. To many times I see people overdoing it on cardiovascular training, this will not benefit you, and instead of losing fat, you will overwork yourself to death. Also, I am a firm believer that walking is better than running, since it is easier on the joints and lower back.

Second Crazy Tip:
The second crazy tip is to maintain the weight lifted before the big cut. I can’t stress this more than enough, too many times I see people in the gym use light weights when they start cutting. This is wrong, ideally you want to maintain the same weight you did before because you will burn more calories that way, and once again this will result in weight loss.

Does Muscle Soreness Equal Muscle Growth?

Imagine one just finishes their grueling and intense workout and goes home to rest and recover. The very next day they feel a dull and aching pain in the muscle group that they worked out on yesterday, the pain is very intense and it is hard for them to move that muscle group. They think of giving up since the pain is unbearable and think to themselves “Hey why would I want to feel this way every time I workout” and most likely give up on their fitness goals. If you are reading this you may be one of those people that usually give up when they feel that pain known as DOMS or delayed onset muscle soreness, however I assure you if you stick and fight through the pain you will grow!

Question: Does Muscle Soreness Equal Muscle?

I truly believe that DOMS or delayed onset muscles soreness does equal muscle growth. I will justify my claim later on, but first lets get started with the science about DOMS and how it equals muscle growth.

What is DOMS?:

Delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS is the pain and stiffness you feel when your body is under new stress. This stress can be achieved from lifting something your body is not accustomed to. This can be from lifting something heavy or from endurance lifting. If your training correctly and efficiently, you should feel DOMS after each and every grueling workout. The pain and stiffness usually increase in the hours after a workout and then peak around 24-48 hours late. In most cases DOMS is gone within 6-7 days.

The Science Behind DOMS:

We all know that DOMS is known to occur most often after an unaccustomed workout or when the intensity is higher then what is one used to, but what causes it?. Well it is believed that this type of workout causes microscopic tears in the muscle and the infiltration of immune cells. This along with the secretion of myokines sensitizes the nerves running through the tissue. The result of all this is a dull ache in the muscle.

So How Does This Soreness Equal Muscle Growth?:

Well its quite simple. DOMS is the indicator of microscopic tears in the muscle, these tears occur when one goes to the gym and breaks down the muscle. Remember you do not grow in the gym, you grow at home when you eat, rest and recover! Therefore when you eat, rest and recover the body itself recovers from these microscopic tears and the result is a bigger and stronger muscle. However if one is not fully recovered or not giving oneself the proper nutrients needed for recovery process, the muscle will not grow and stay the same. That is why its important to recover and rest after a hard gym session. Trust me, if your body recovers from DOMS you will grow!

Lose Water Weight Fast With Dandelion Roots

Introduction: Don’t we all wish to lose that last bit of fat on our stomach’s or lose those last couple of pounds so are abdominal muscles can show, of course we do!. Well now with this one secret herb supplement one can easily lose at least five pounds a week. Of course I would advise one to have a proper diet and follow a strict and sound training regiment, while taking this herb supplement. This will only help increase the fat burning process.

What is it?: The herb that I was talking about in the above paragraph is Dandelion Root. Dandelion Root has many benefits such as weight loss, the reduction of joint pain and swelling and also by it being a blood tonic and digestive tonic. However, the main reason I brought it up was for weight loss, the Dandelion Root is a natural diuretic which helps one to lose water weight and fat, this in turn will drop your weight and lower your blood pressure.

How it Works: Dandelion Root increases the volume and frequency of urination, the main culprit behind this is Taraxinic Acid. Taraxinic Acid which is found in the leaves of the Dandelion Root is responsible for the diuretic property of the herb. One may also be asking if Dandelion Root is safe, and the answer to that is yes, various studies have shown that the Dandelion supplement is completely safe for human consumption.

What Are Diuretics?: Diuretics are any substances that promote the production of urine, diuretics have been used by bodybuilders and professional athletes for a very long time. Basically diuretic supplements and drugs help get the bodybuilder ready for the show, by reducing their water weight. This makes them bone dry and allows them to come in great condition, diuretics also enhance the muscles look.

Are Diuretics Safe?:  Yes, diuretic supplements such as the Dandelion Root supplement mentioned above are completely safe, however diuretic drugs are not. Diuretic drugs such as the ones used by professional bodybuilders and athletes ruins ones electrolyte balance of potassium, salt and water.

Dandelion Root Supplements: You can find Dandelion Root in various forms such as pill form, liquid form and herb form.

Conclusion: A Dandelion Root supplement should be used by the person looking to lose weight. However once again I would recommend one to have and follow a strict diet and a sound training regiment. Combined with the herb supplement this would make for a deadly combination, and surely ones weight will drop like a rock and the fat will just melt away.
